While walking through Laslea, a villager named Vasil picks a fight with Coen and then runs away, prompting Coen to chase after him.

During the Prologue, the quest begins when Vasil taunts Coen in the village of Laslea.

Confronting Vasil costs 1 Time Segment.
Deadline
The quest will fail unless it is completed before eight Time Segments have passed during the Prologue and the Blood Mass begins.

I decided not to pursue this quest during my first playthrough because I appeared to be running out of Time Segments.

What Happens If You Fail the Quest?
Shortly before the Blood Mass, you will encounter Vasil picking a fight with Pieter.
That is all that happens, and Peter will not tell you any further details about the incident.
