Review
Its raw weapon damage is somewhat modest, but its properties are nothing short of astonishing.
Not only does it improve both the damage and usability of Witchcraft Abilities, but its two bonuses to Activation Charge Restoration are useful regardless of whether it is day or night.
Its inconsistent availability from the blacksmith may be the only real drawback worth mentioning.
