Ambrus’s Collectors: Unsavoury Solutions Overview
It seems that Ambrus has his men collecting leeches in the Briar Sloughs.
He needs their spittle to keep his stockpiled blood from clotting.
Coen decides to destroy the barrels of leeches being collected for Ambrus.
How to Start & Location
The quest begins after raiding a camp occupied by Ambrus’s soldiers and reading his orders.
Time Cost
Destroying the leech barrels costs 3 Time Segments.
Rewards
- 250 XP
- 1 Skill Point
- 4 Blood Leeches (consumables that restore 200% of a Health Segment while in vampire form)
- Swiftness Manual
- Stinging Blade Manual
- Phial of Bakir’s Blood (unlocks Shadowstorm)
- 1 checkmark for Leech Collectors in Ambrus’s Court
- Increased Infamy
Besides the XP, Skill Point, and Blood Leeches, this quest can also net you two Manuals, a Phial of Bakir’s Blood, and a large amount of valuable loot to sell, making it an excellent opportunity to earn money and strengthen Coen at the same time.
Shadowstorm, which can be unlocked with the Phial of Bakir’s Blood, is particularly powerful. For several seconds, enemies move in extreme slow motion, almost as if time itself has stopped, giving you an opportunity to unleash a flurry of attacks.
Ambrus’s Collectors: Unsavoury Solutions Walkthrough
- Defeat the soldiers at the camp in the Briar Sloughs.
- Defeat The Bloodletter.
- Interact with the leech barrels.
- Complete the quest.
Boss: The Bloodletter
After you defeat the soldiers, the boss The Bloodletter appears and the fight begins.
His attacks are both fast and heavy-hitting, but as long as you stick to the fundamentals, he can be defeated without too much trouble.
Defeating him gives you a chance to obtain a large amount of valuable loot, so he is well worth taking down.
