How to Get
In my case, I obtained the Ring of Quick Strikes at a low drop rate from a chest at the soldier camp directly south of the Stuga Marshes Shrine in St. Tyna’s Grove.
To test the loot system, I reloaded a save from before attacking the camp and cleared it 50 times. The Ring of Quick Strikes appeared in 7 out of 50 runs, for a drop rate of 14%.
