A grove located northeast of the capital, Svartrau.
It appears to take its name from St. Tyna’s Convent, which is located here.
As you might expect from a wooded area, there are plenty of crafting materials to gather.

You can obtain the Unnatural Resilience Manual from inside the tower northwest of the shrine of the same name.
Ambrus’s Outpost
Clearing out Ambrus’s contingent of Brencis’s soldiers costs 1 Time Segment.
The Artery Strike Manual can be obtained from the chest.
Soldier Camp
Located south of the Stuga Marshes Shrine.
Clearing out the camp advances time by 1 Time Segment and rewards you with 100 XP.
You can obtain the Crossroads Inn Shrine’s Heart, the Walking Fortress Manual, and the Recipe for Fortitude Paste.
St. Tyna’s Monastery
A location explored during the quest Echoes of Silenced Bells.
